Did anyone else have to remove their power steering pump to get their 3s to fit right?
I had to remove mine because the pulley was hitting on my frame, I'm using the e153 tranny, the mr2 driverside, the GT front, and passenger and I plan on using the st205 rear. |

I think I am just going to go with a custom rear mount.
I see what you are talking about on the rear though. I think I circled the right ones, the ones in red are the rear mounts right? The one in blue is the driverside insulator, which is the driverside tranny mount? Or is it not on this pic. As for trying st185 parts, I have them from my clip so its not a big deal to try em. I looked at my st driverside insulator and it looks like it will line up with the mr2 tranny mount, but I'm going to try and find a gt bracket for the driverside to try that. Also I got my axle today that I ordered, and they only sent me half the axle, they didnt' send the one part I need which is the end that bolts into the tranny. WTF@@!!, thats why I ordered the whole axle assembly. ![]() This post has been edited by Rjb23: Sep 28, 2005 - 7:38 PM |
