Whats the best bang for your buck, to increase your hp in a 5S-FE motor?(totally stock) How much HP upgrade should i be looking at? (with whatever your suggestion is.) And does putting Super or Premium gass really effect hp enough for it to matter?

As for the header, I'm currently trying to find out what are the exact modifications needed to a 4th gen 3sfe header to make it work on the GT. I'm trying to get someone who has it on their car, or someone has as put one on a car to give me some input. This again, is not really meant for the 6gc, but it's ingenuity that we should be proud of.
