why is this doing this? and how do i fix it, ive played with the throttle cable at throttle body w/no luck. and also i know this has been asked before but my car puts out a puff of blue smoke when i start it after it sits for a couple hours. could this be oil setting inside the cyl. settling after a couple hours and if so could it be a piston ring leak
