recently i discovered that everytime i try to speed shift into 3rd gear i get a horrible grind does anyone know anythiong about that

i recently replace the clutch and got the flywheel resurfaced and what i mean by speed shifting is using the clutch just going into 3rd gaer fast at high rpms
