The sideskirt group buy is purchasing skirts from a UK supplier which will be picked up in the UK. I have been told that we will be charged a 17.5% VAT tax. I have also been told that this amount is refundable once the skirts leave the country. Apparently there is some VAT form that we need. Can someone let me know how to get this form. Thanks.

Goods not covered by the scheme The scheme does not include: 1) new or used motor vehicles 2) a boat that you intend sail to a destination outside the EC 3) goods costing over £600 in value exported for business purposes 4) goods to be exported as freight apart from antiques, goods needing an export licence 5) unmounted gemstones 6) bullion weighing over 125g or 7) mail order goods.
