i was just wondering if anyone has a tornado fuel saver or knows someone that has this thing installed in their car? I just wanted to know how well it worked.

It means you have more power available at lower rpms, thus the car is not working as hard to provide the same amount of power. However that is not how most people drive, so most people wont see this kind of result. This is why there is actually some benefit from auto racing where they are out to get the most power out of an engine, eventually that tech does trickle down to the consumer (albeit in a lesser form), it does help increase the gas mileage and such.
