I'm getting a loan for about 5,000 and I want to rebuild my engine and turbo my car, has anyone bought one of these kits and seen if it works alright?

I would love to swap a 3S into my car, however the drive, then downtime of not having a vehicle this close to winter would be a pain, however I will possibly consider....
