Ok, I still have my Celica, and am still trying to sell it. By looking at my profile, you should be able to find out most the info you need. It's got 118k miles and I'm asking $5,000 OBO. I may possbility take some parts off of it and sell seperatley if the price is right. The price of the car will be adjusted accordingly if I go that route.

are the sensors all working and in place so that if we got a stock steering wheel with an airbag it would all work?

You are correct sir. I personally checked when I had to pull the dash apart to replace the heater core.
