I guess it's about time to switch out the old brakes and rotors. I'm not sure rotors need it, but I thought I might as well if I can get them for cheaper. What I'm wondering is what kind should I go with? Right now, all I need is the rears. Bremo has them, but they are solded insted of vented. Would it make that much difference in the back? I can get Bendix, and I think they are vented, but not sure. Just wondering what you guys thought. Oh yeah, I might be switching the fronts soon too, so if anyone knows were I can get a good deal on all 4, I'll just get that. Thanks everyone.
New EDIT: I've almost decided on Brembo's from Nopi, but they are solid. Is that bad? The factory ones have vents, we've all seem them. Is this going to effect performance? This post has been edited by Bigmeanbulldog55: Oct 8, 2005 - 12:28 PM -------------------- Live Free, Be Happy

QUOTE(Bigmeanbulldog55 @ Oct 10, 2005 - 12:52 AM) So, what is the best choice for rears? The rears only come in solid. There's not enough caliper clearence for a vented rear rotor anyway... ;] You'll be fine with the basic brembo blanks... stopping power all depends on contact surface area and quality of pads. Slots and holes are purely cosmetic. Rear rotors should be 269mm in diameter (larger than ST fronts ![]() -------------------- "It's ok to be naked girl... I'm an artist!"
