im trying to figure out what would push my rims out more so that they are flush with the body. i think my current rims are 40offset 7in wide. if i get a 25mm spacer, that will push them out about 1 inch.
now my other option is to get 17x8s with 35 offset. i used the offset calculator, and it tells me that the differece between the new rims and my old ones would only be 18mm http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp so, am i missing something here? the spacer would push the wheels out the most, right? -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

thats a cool pic TTE, the car on the right is mine, and yours is on the left with the rims i want to buy.
Digndoug, the spacers i want to buy work in the same way as the ones that change your bolt pattern to. i talked to at least 3 celica guys that have that type of spacer and report not issues with them at all. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
