Hey everyone. I pulled off my door panel tonight to swap them out for one in better shape and my panel has more pieces than the other does.... WHat are they t here for?

The plainer panels appear to be similar to the System 10, 92-93 versions from the fifth-gen, save for the position of the window/lock controls.
