wow, i was pretty close
 i was gonna say mango too but wtf....mango?? hahaha how did it taste??3rd plate looks delicious. u put too much damn sesame seeds tho. put some mashed potatoes underneath the beef. try chives instead of the onion or top with sliced sweet maui onion fried in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder. garnish with a thyme sprig right down the middle, charge $20 bucks, and call it a day. =D --------------------  |
