I saw some pics here and some of the members of this page have power neo units installed in their celi's, but how this mod work.?

 I used search but this thing dont work just found no real info, and in the other hand all the good info it's on japanese.And yes i found that thes things are a pair of magnets and they flits the fuel molecules to allow more space between and in this space goes oxygen. But who know the true, people still buying this thing. |
