Hey everyone. I pulled off my door panel tonight to swap them out for one in better shape and my panel has more pieces than the other does.... WHat are they t here for?

I had those white "box's" in my door panels 2 each and 2 in each of my Interior quater panel plastic, I just took them all out.
I think they have todo with sound quality. DTE -------------------- I am a thief.
