 click/knock when i turn the wheel full |

Hey,
When I turn my steering all the way to one side, when its almost to full turn, i hear a knock from whichever side i am turning to, so if i turn the wheel all the way to the right, i will hear a knock from the front right suspension.. this happens when im going very slow, or im stopped.. does anyone know what this could be? |

I think you may want to check your CV joints..
