 UK VAT tax, UK people help with refund issue |

The sideskirt group buy is purchasing skirts from a UK supplier which will be picked up in the UK. I have been told that we will be charged a 17.5% VAT tax. I have also been told that this amount is refundable once the skirts leave the country. Apparently there is some VAT form that we need. Can someone let me know how to get this form. Thanks.

No. The vendor is in contact for me but claims he hasn't received the form yet. I think he is just holding out on me so that he doesn't have to deal with the refund.
