QUOTE Are you talking about just unpluggin the electronics? Or scrapping the actually mechanical stuff? I want it all gone man QUOTE Don't take off your abs, it's good for a lot of stuff. If you really want to remove it, all you have to do is pull the ABS fuse. Try it like that awhile to see if it's what you really want. If it is, it should just be a matter of taking out the box and capping the lines. I don't see why you'd really want to scrap it though. If you ever resell, it'll hurt your value. Oh I know its what I want QUOTE not on a celi .. but did it on one of my cousins cars.... he too wanted/need extra room in the engine bay .... we took out all the lines... the control module all we left where the axles ..... it was pretty easy ... but we did brake alot of the lines to get the out .. and head to redo some of th e brake lines... Ya I know what's involved with it, I'm just more interested if anyone on here has done it to a celi and if they had any probs with it. For now I'm gonna leave it but I can't imagine leaving it in for too much longer, Im gonna be puttin a new intake manifold on prolly this spring and thinkin about doing it then when I have the space opened up behind the motor... well see though -------------------- ![]() 99 project version 3.0.. hello SEMA 2010 =) |
