Hey, how would i post a picture under my profile???...like most of the other dudes have it....

For avatar:
Click "Control Panel" at top right bar. On the left task bar, under "Personal Profile" click "Edit Avatar Settings" From there, you should be able to figure out the rest. If not, ask.. *edit- as of recently, you can only post 4 pics, unless someone grants you permission for more. In the past, I dont think it was limited to four. I could be wrong.
