Tons can be done to the Celica to iprove its performance but that's with a price. Everywere you go you see some Civic with an exhaust or any other upgrade, but it is hard to find the fixed up Celica. Not that many around my way and that makes it much better I think but at the same time worse. It's harder to find upgrades for our Celicas than it is for our rival Civic.

I agree with No0bOne, I think that you can spend around 4-6k for a 6gc and then another 5k (at the most) for a 3sgte totaling around 9-11k for a race car that is ready to hit the streets. 255hp and possible AWD is spanking for just an engine with minor mods if any. Also with minor mods like he said, we could probvably run 13's fairly easy. Now just think if ya added some NOS LoL
