Ok, so ive been at my school for around 7 or 8 weeks nows(give or take). Im going to centenial college, supposidly the best automotive school in Ontario. For the 6 or 7 weeks ive been at school, ive been bored off my ass. The main reason im there is to learn about paint and get out of there 2 go into the trade as a painter. But heres the kicker, about 3 weeks into the course, my original paint teacher had a heartattack(hez fine thank god), but the guy whos replacing him, is covering the same crap as my old one did and doesnt know a thing about teaching. So im bored as hell, and frankly feel like my money is being wasted. So im kinda at a point now where i gotta figure out what im gonna do. My next semester starts like, next week or so, and it goes untill around x-mas time. So im kinda at a standstill..i kinda wanna just drop out and head right into working. Like finding a job for me shouldnt be to hard, ive done 4 years of highschool shop thats pretty much as indepth as the stuff they do over at centenial college for general mechanical, and ive worked for a year at a tuner shop near by and have spent countless hours working on friends cars. Hell when i was 17 i rebuilt a B18, turboed it and swaped it into an EK civic. I built a 12 second K20A2 powered all motor EG civic drag car. But at the same time im thinking that if things pickup next semester, then ill stick around. But i dunno. What do you guys think??

Stic in school, its like glue. Drop out and you become the regular trash seen by people everyday. U must show that even trash has more potential than those who wear business suits.
Take me for example, business people look at me like trash, but I can do things that only they can dream off. I can swap engines, be a plumber, carpetner, Pc tech, and so many more. When you look at the business people and the people such as yourself and myself. We are actually far more smart, and advanced. Sure a degree proves that you passed the test and is smart, But all that doesn't do crap if you never even touched the materials in real life b4. Just last friday, the department I was working for had a little before banquet party. All the professers and some smart business people showed up for it. Myself and a few of the office workers were the ones that were sort of catering for them. We were allowed to grab whatever we wanted and do whatever we wanted. I was there and when I looked at them and myself. There was like a major-big-super-humongo difference. They were all in business suits and I was like in this ****ty T-shirt and cargo pants. The thing was, they were all talking about "smart" stuff and I was like helping myself to the food and drinks. They all just stood there and didn't even touch the stuff. Im like O'yeah!! more food for me ![]() Untill your blind, missing a limb, bleeding to death, and knocked out. Stick in school it will pay-off at the end. |
