I've recently brought JDM Projector headlight of this guy. Initally he wanted me to just do an International wire transfer. I was recommended by a friend not to do it. So I thought of another idea, and told him to post it on ebay, which he did. Cause I brought JDM Taillight off this guy before. After I've paided him, I email him telling him I've paid him. He emailed me back and told me he had a problem with his paypal account. I just got an email from him saying it's fixed, and want me to pay again  I've just sent him an email saying I've paid already. Now I'm waiting for a reply from him. Is there anything I can do? make sure you dispute the charge with paypal in a timely way. If you wait too long, you will be out of luck. Oh, and one more thing, buy your projectors from Toyota World.
