I've recently brought JDM Projector headlight of this guy. Initally he wanted me to just do an International wire transfer. I was recommended by a friend not to do it. So I thought of another idea, and told him to post it on ebay, which he did. Cause I brought JDM Taillight off this guy before. After I've paided him, I email him telling him I've paid him. He emailed me back and told me he had a problem with his paypal account. I just got an email from him saying it's fixed, and want me to pay again  I've just sent him an email saying I've paid already. Now I'm waiting for a reply from him. Is there anything I can do? if you cant get your money back or through to paypal but they took it out of your account, talk to your credit card people. Tell them the situation and they should take care of em, or at least get your money back.
