now here is the question: whether he is asking 50K or 7K for it.. unless he has a reserve on the car (and by reserve I mean have that option enabled, literally).. if i bid 7001 for it he is ibligated ot sell it for that amount. This brings me to conclude that regardless of what he wants.. car is getting sold for amount bid. Unless he wants to deal with ebay and risk being fined etc for false advertising.

its obligated, not ibligated (sorry had to point that out ) but yes, with no reserve he sells it for whatever the end price is. now what i want to know, is with a car like that, why is the first thing he lists in the description the stereo?
