Ok I know this is very stupid of me to ask but yet I will ask.
I was out to lunch with my cousin today, we went to a local diner & ordered HAM BURGERS. ~ I was not born in U.S. I'm half Korean & Half Japanese ~ So my question is why is HAM BURGER named HAM BURGER when there is no ham to be found any where in HAM BURGER ? Can someone please answer this dumb question because it's annoying me. Once again sorry for this stupid question & sorry to all people who reads this. But I would really like to know, Thx ![]() |

QUOTE(celicarocker @ Nov 1, 2005 - 12:25 PM) and because "beefburger" just sounds retarded Actually, in a lot of muslim and hindu countries it is called a "beefburger" so people dont think there is ham in it. Since some religions do not eat cows, they dont want to trick anyone. -------------------- Its Orville's Celica, i just drive it... |
