I have a convertible, so the bottom-most console part is taken up by the controls for the drop top. I don't particularly want to spend extra $$$ to get a single deck cd player when the stock one works just fine. Where did you guys put yours?

Hey,
I just saw this post, so sorry for no fast response. It wasnt hard to put the S-AFC where. You just have to cut the cig.lighter and remove the box next to it. Then mesure the height of the s-afc and cut the space (thats left then you removed everything that i sad) a little bit, that the s-afc would go tight. From the back of the panel (where the cig.lighter was) i used 2 metal brackets and used 2 side adhesive tape to hold the s-afc. And after you done this, it will be the gap in the right (or left or on both sides, it depend where you put your s-afc, cuz apex is shorter then the space left), so fill the gap wit some filler, snadpaper everything, and paint it. I will post pic how it looks compleatly finished ![]() -------------------- Ex celica owner - just a guy from other side of the pond...
