Pressure plate and Clutch, For a 5sfe Options

Im looking to get a tranny swap.

I actually have all the parts lined up, i just wanna replace the clutch and the pressure plate, just so its new and has 0 miles. Whats the part number for these to? And does anyone suggest a racing/performance clutch? Thanks

ps its for the stock 5-speed 5sfe tranny.

dude i searched,

5-speed transmission, gt 1995
1995 gt 5-speed
1995 5sfe 5 speed transmission
And other combos, it never pulled up the parts page.
