hi everybody, i am kinda new and i'm from california....i was wondering if GT-4's were produced or imported to the US. and if so is anybody selling a gt-4...in the US

Nope, I'm afraid they never were, you can find them mostly in Japan, europe and other various locations around the world, but not here
Anyway, there are still people who import them(rarely) but it is costly. The more common solution is to swap a 3sgte into a celica.
