this engine is for sale on ebay i think it looks great and come with transmission, alternator, exhaust, ecu, manifolds, harness, etc... seems like it would work with my 94st, its been pulled from an mr2... anyone see any issues id face in swapping the 7afe with this?

It'll still fit. Any motor that was ever in any mr2 will fit. If your asking these questions, there's not much chance your going to do it.
