 94 OEM fog lights, how do i change the bulbs? |

how do i change the bulbs on these fog lights? I tried twisting off the back piece but it only shows wiring. Its not typically of just snapping or twisting on a bulb like the rest of the car. I also tried taking off the clips that go around the lens. Is there a way or is it really just simple and I'm too blind to see.

It's weird though, even though you can easily twist the rear piece off, there is no bulb nor any contacts that hold a bulb. Right behind the rear piece is two wires that run towards the front of the fog. Its pretty far in where it does not look like I can replace the bulb from the backside. Any advice?
