my understanding of it was that he must've parked at the chiropractor's office parking lot or something..and they called for it to be towed...iono.

lol..my buddy had his Talon towed this year at school cuz theirs a big shopping mall across the street from the college, and ppl would park there. He parked there for like 40 min and got tagged and towed..he called the place, spent $85 on a taxi to get to the lot across the city and spent $200 to get his car back. He didnt complain one bit and he saw them takin his car away. If some one towed my car i would be pissed but i wouldnt start crying like this guy.
