Im an administrative assistant and im not just a receptionist that answers phones
My duties include answering phones making coffee emptying dishwasher stocking pop placing pop order making copies scheduling meetings planning company events typing reports that normally range 40 - 85 pages proof reading documents mail distribution - incoming/outgoing filing of invoices incoming/outgoing assisting marketing department managing archival list What exactly does your guys jobs entail? not working right now because of soccer, but i work at discount tires. I change, fix, and balance tires.
