Im an administrative assistant and im not just a receptionist that answers phones
My duties include answering phones making coffee emptying dishwasher stocking pop placing pop order making copies scheduling meetings planning company events typing reports that normally range 40 - 85 pages proof reading documents mail distribution - incoming/outgoing filing of invoices incoming/outgoing assisting marketing department managing archival list What exactly does your guys jobs entail? well im still in highschool, but i work at the YMCA here. I work the front desk, and just great people, register them for all types of blah, and raid the refrigorator. I also close the place, and make supplies runs whenever needed...like coomer, i get to drive my car pretty frequently.
