er.. for those with stock sideskirts (i think they are on 96+ GT (US) GT-S(CAN) only... i could be wrong)

Are you referring to the lines at the top right of the picture (the horizontal squiggly ones)?
My car does not have those. I only have the ones on the sideskirt and the curved line near the door jamb. Perhaps the other ones are scratches? --------------------  |
