Too much text, not enough whitespace, no gray seperator lines, etc. The home page was the last thing I did, and I rushed through it in an effort to get the site up and online. I will be tweaking it for sure soon though to make it look a lot better.  All good things come with time. I'm not going to be upset if it takes you a while to get it up. I don't think anyone is going to be upset with you. If they are, they suck. We all appreciate what you're doing for the community with this website. Take your time, and feel good about yourself. Don't get too big of a head though.
