Ok, so I have a 97 gt convertible and someone backed into my car, and I have to get a new front, right hand side fender. Can someone please explain why I have to get a fender off of another convertible? I have been told over and over again that a fender off of a hatchback or a coupe will not work??? Does this also mean that body kits wont work either before I throw the money out for that? If there is allready something on this can you please send me the link. Oh, and is it just my location or are parts for the convertible really this hard to find??

yep... verts are just coupes in disguise
anything that will fit a coupe, will fit your vert just dont get anything for a hatchback cuz it wont fit.. makes sense since our vert asses are so much longer
