Last August i took the decision to order TRD Suspension for Circuit for my car.Last month finally my suspension arrived and my local dealer called me to pick it up.
He told me don’t come with your Celica but bring a truck!!!!!I was wondering how big was it.
I took the van of my job and went…was a big BOX that was not possible to lift by one person!!!

It took me 2 weeks after the arrival of my suspension for the assembly, installation and setup!!!

It is really hard using the car for daily driving but this is not a problem for me because I knew what I was buying!!!!!After the suspension corners and roundabouts looks so simple in almost any speed that was taboo with my stock suspension.smile.gif

I feel very happy for my choice….smile.gif….

Fortunately, because I use the car more for fast road than track use (and there's not a lot wrong with the way a Four takes on fast roads that a rear ARB won't sort out) I went standard-uprated shocks, rather than full on adjustables. They came out of the box as you see them.

Saved a bit of time.

Adjustables are the correct choice for track work, but I see the track maybe twice a year. The compromise in comfort and usability dictated I needed to stick with a nice 25mm drop on TRD springs and 'standard' uprated (20%) shocks.

The top mounts and new Fig-8s/lower arms were required as the originals were somewhat tired after 60,000 odd miles.

What you can't see is the rear adjustable ARB.

On 18x8s with a 40 profile tyre the ride is tolerable. And understeer is something that other cars do.

JDM ST205

Blitz Spec NUR Exhaust, somewhere over $1000
Needing another one 18000 miles later, bloody annoying.
