I am upgarding my fuel system for the 5SFE and am unsure whether I need an internal or external fuel pump. Please let me know! Thanks

Walbro fuel pump is a good upgrade for your application.
If you go for the GT4 one ore the Supra one will be good to....just calculate the fuel flow you need from your pump, than you'll can choose.
