im running a 2nd 3sgte and i went to take emissions today expecting to fail but i passed with flying colors! i took the test in WA state, they put me up on the dyno and took my car to 25 mph. so you dont have to be to worried about emissions in WA. dont know about other states.

its the visual inspection that the jdm 3sgte of any generation will not pass. add an egr valve and cat and tell the inspector that the engine is newer than the car and it will pass. -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
