I am upgarding my fuel system for the 5SFE and am unsure whether I need an internal or external fuel pump. Please let me know! Thanks

If u check my profile you'll see that I've installed the GT4 fuel pump but I'm not running a turbo and also my engine is 1.8.....
In your 2.2 turbo I'd choose the Walbro one or a supra one....you can get a Walbro pump on Ebay
