I just read that theres a 180KMH (112)MPH speed limiter on J-Spec engines? Can anybody confirm or deny this?

I was looking into getting a GReddy speed cut controller which eliminates this but i gotta get a converter ne how so im just going to kill 2 birds with one stone and get the converter - where did u get urs?
