Hey, I was reading over nik's how-to on the 7AFTE and was wondering what these are?
![]() if im not mistaken, i think theyre called check valves but i want to know what they do, what they connect to. anything you can tell me, id appreciate. thanks in advance. i searched for "check valves" and nothing came up. i got the name from one of doggy's posts about his old celi's turbo setup. o, and how do i get a hold of them? its a mad ghetto way of trying to fool your map sensor so that its not confused by the positive pressure that a turbo adds. the check valve is just a valve tha opens one way. it lets the air bleed out but not get sucked in.
the correct way to do this, is to find a map sensor that can read the extra presure you have from adding a turbo. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
