Just curious because i don't know if i should go 235 or 245.... but i want to go wider than the 215 that i have on there now...

It's a bit too tall and will throw off the speedo... but it's fine. Too big is 225/45/17 on a 17x7 wheel. The size closest to stock is 215/40/17... but if you like more meat on the sidewalls, 215/45/17 works also. Personally... on a 7 inch wheel... I wouldn't go wider than 215... but 225 series will fit fine too. A "too big" one would be drocay's 235/45/17's.
