I need an uncut engine wiring harness for a 94 7a.

Well I may be able to repair the harness and put it back together for you, depending on how badly it was chopped up. My cost on doing a harness is $350.
Oddly enough I just finished a 4AGZE/Celica ST harness a couple days ago  I also have a 7AFE power steering pump here if you still need one.
