i just recently got into cars and so i dont know much. i just got an air intake (short ram) for my celica and it kind of wiggles when i move it gently with my hand. is it supposed to be like that or is it supposed to be on tightly and stiff?

thx. it seems to be working good. im pretty sure it has a good seal on it also.
