 This has to be the nicest Celica ive seen, who's is it? And are those custom fenders? And can anyone tell what body kit this is ? |

there is a fender rolling device but those fenders i highly doubt were pulled because our fenders are thin and can't really pull to that degree
most likely foam was added to the fender and layed over in fiberglass |
