Well, my uncle said for christmas, he wanted to fix up my XTERRA since ive been putting money into my celica.He told me to figure out something i would wanna do to it, i was thinking maybe raise it up a lil bit and throw on some bigger tires? or go towards audio... what would you guys do? theres a picture of it in my profile, its in the background of one of the celi pics.

I think maybe some more aggressive tires and just a little lift would be good if your going offroad. I try to keep them as low as possable to still get done what I need. The higher they go, the less drivable they are on the street. Intake and exhaust mods are good for any car. What are your goals with it? You're not wanting a "pimpin" SUV are you?
