Like the title says, I'm trying to figure out what (reasonably priced!) wheels will work with ST205 GT4 4-pot/2-pot brakes. I currently have 7th gen Celica GTS 16's on the car and the brakes won't fit with those wheels. I don't have room in the fenders to add spacers on the current wheels. I'd also like to stay with 16's to keep things as low-profile as possible. These are going on my Camry, but fitment is pretty similar between the Celicas and my generation of Camry....

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Charlie

PS. I'm aware of the issues with fitting the brakes on my hubs and I'll be solving those issues too. smile.gif

They won't work on the camry because these calipers are designed and offset to fit only the super strut suspension. To even bolt on the celipers will require modification to the caliper brackets. I believe on most toyotas, the bolts bolt onto the bracket, but on these calipers, the bolts bolt onto the knuckle. Assuming you can get these to bolt, the knuckle offset wouldn't be right so there's no gurantee you can even run the ST205 rotors. To finish off... you cannot swap over the super strut front suspension without much of the steering rack.

There is no way to get the superstrut suspension to work on my Camry. The front suspension design is significanly different between the Celica's and my gen Camry. The hubs are almost the same though... (non-superstrut, I mean)

Trust me, I'll figure out a way to get these brakes on my Camry... Custom brakets are no problem. That is a project for AFTER the rest of the swap though. smile.gif
