They were working towards stability from windows 3.x to windows xp, and were almost there, and now they scrapped it all and are gonna start all over again. They were finally getting to what people wanted and trashed it all in an instant. what are you talking about? vista is built on XP.its going to be better and more stable then xp is. it has also been around 4yr since xp has come out. ms is well overdue for a new version. all the graphic stuff is done 100% in 3d using the 3d hardware of your video card (just like todays games) so it will really not be taxing on your system at all. current xp does everything in 2d mode why your graphics cards massive power goes unused. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
