 After removing CD Player it doesnt work, please help |

I have '98 Celica with FM CD + Cassette. I removed FM CD to put some wires to CDBox, but before that I tried to put FM CD back to make sure that everything is OK, but it didnt work anymore!! Does anyone know what can be the problem?
