 Losing my Snowboarding Virginity this Friday, any tips? |

Ok so Im going snowboarding for the 1st time this Friday. Im scared! Im going with Jason and he hasnt been for 2 years so he should be pretty close to where i am. I wanna go on the chairlifts that day so i need some pointers on how to get off! i dont wanna fall (i know it will happen)
And what do i need gear wise? Im renting board and boots - though I want my own but no use in buying it before i try it! I already have a Helly Hanson Jacket and a pimp snow hat! ;-) Im going to buy Pants Goggles Gloves Anything else? -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City

Have fun. I've skated for 5 1/2 years and am sponsored by a skate company in Omaha NE. And i've snowboarded for 2 1/2 years if you can skate you can pretty much snowboard. But its very fun. You'll have a blast. Specially when you get better you'll be going off jumps that are 45 feet tall.
 thats the best doing 360's and flips and s***. But you'll get to that point a while from now. hope you like it and have fun tho

But you'll get to that point a while from now. hope you like it and have fun tho lmao can you do that? she'll get there after a looong while. hell it took me forever just to land a 360 for the first time, looks sooo much easier than it is. 45 feet, thats a good way to kill yourself if your not an expert. by the way i think skateboarding and snowboarding are worlds apart, i mean i can snowboard pretty good now after 4 years, but i cant skateboard for my life
